I don’t think the Omnicron pedometer is very accurate, but probably close enough for my purposes. I thought I walked further this morning and included more hills and steps. Need to start taking pics.
Taking Saturday and Sunday off from the regimen. Will follow the same route I took this morning on Monday and see what results I get back.
