4.75 miles; 10,757 steps; 9,237 aerobic steps, 84 minutes; 272 calories, 18.9g

Discouraged.  Thought I would see some progress this week.  Instead, I think I’m gaining weight.   Will keep plugging away next week.  Maybe I need a system cleanse.

Homemade biscuits, bacon and eggs for breakfast out on the back porch with Lucy.
