Week 3, Day 2

4.87 miles; 11,028 steps; 10,759 aerobic steps, 97 minutes; 275 calories, 18.9g;

Had to start off slow.  Pain in my left knee on the inside.  Not sure what it’s about. Pushed on through and took the steep hills.

Weight still 115, but feel like I may be losing a little fat around my hips and waist.
